ALPINENCE

• Pets are not allowed

• Childred aged 0 - 2 --> 3€ / night (Babybed and chair included)

• Children aged 3 - 10 are 15€ / night

• Children aged 11 -17 are 19€ / night

• For christmas, new year, easter, carnival, july and august we have a minimum stay of 7 nights​
  
  
  Additionel costs:

• If you stay at least 7 nights the cleaning fee of 85€ is reduced to 25€

• Visitors Tax -  a supplement of 3,10€ per person /  per night (Children under 14 years are free of the tax)

• Due to extra efforts we have an extra charge of 20% per day for short stays (3 nights). We ask for your understanding.

• In the week of new year we have an extra fee about 25%​
  
  
  Booking  Policy:

• Our  normal Check-in time is 3pm – 12am and Check-out time is 10am. (An earlier Check In could be possible on request)

• Guests are required to pay the balance of accommodation charges no later than at the time of check-in.

• For Payment we accept Bank Transfer, Maestro, Cirus, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Cash (Euro, USD$, CHF)
  For paying the total amount via Bank Transfer at least 2 weeks before arrival you will get 1,5% discount.

• A valid Photo ID required at Check-in time 

• All our Residences are 'Non-Smoking' a minimum cleaning charges of 200€ applies if smoking occurs in the house
   

 

 

 

Deposit: 
For a valid booking confirmation we require a previous deposit of 200€ per week​


Cancellation fee:

• 1-2 days after the booking or 60 days before your arrival --> free of charge

• Cancellation within 59 to 30 days prior to arrival --> 50% of the total amount 

• Cancellation within 29 to 8 days prior to arrival --> 70% of the total amount 

• After 7 days prior to arrival --> 90% of the total amount

• Alpinence is a no Drone zone. We would like to protect the wildlife and the privacy of our guests and neighbours

• You have to keep the apartments in the same good condition like you found them on your arrival

• In the case of caused demage, the causer is liable

  We would like to inform you, that we are not living in the near of the Alpinence. So it is not possible for us to welcome each of you in personal. But we are reachable everytime by phone, mail or Whats App for your wishes and your issues.
